Post Meal Digestive Aid Recipe

Ingredients

🌱 1/4 C. Fennel Seeds
🌱 1/4 C. Coriander Seeds
🌱 1/8 C. Black Sesame
🌱 1/2 TBS Cumin
🌱 1/2 TBS Caraway (Not in the original recipe but I added anyway!)
🌱 1/8 C. Ajwan (Celery Seed)
🌱 Pinch of salt (pink Himalayan)
🌱 1/2 TBS Water

You’ll need a heavy-bottom pan for toasting:

1. Start with fennel seeds, toast on medium heat until fragrant with a nice color.
2. Mix salt + water, and coat the fennel seeds. Toast until dry and golden. Set aside.
3. Toast remaining seeds one at a time until fragrant and toasted. Be cautious not to burn them!
4. Mix everything together, and voila! 🌈

Take 1-2 tsp after a meal for a burst of freshness and digestive bliss. 🌿✨
