Lila Swanberg

Clinical Herbalist | Functional Nutritionist | Yoga Teacher | Ayurvedic Health Counselor (IP)

“Blending the wisdom of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Western Herbalism, I help people reclaim their strength, resilience, and vitality—so they can show up fully for themselves, their work, and the world around them.”

My work may begin by guiding individuals toward better health, but my WHY runs deeper—because I know how hard it is to interact with the world when you don’t feel good.

I’ve been there. I’ve seen countless clients there. When we don’t feel GOOD, we can’t show up as our fullest selves. We struggle to be present in our work, in parenting, in our communities, in our relationships, in our spiritual growth, and in caring for the land and those around us. But when we care for ourselves, we gain the capacity to care for the world.

There is freedom in finding our health and fostering it for life. We are not meant to exist in a constant state of exhaustion, discomfort, and disconnection. Yet, for so many, this has become the new normal. It was my normal for years.

I know what it’s like to feel bad, to be at war with your body and your health—and I know what it feels like to FEEL GOOD. That is the gift I now share with the world.

I left my corporate career burnt out, exhausted, and barely holding onto my will to live. That rock bottom became the turning point that led me to where I am now—generating my own light and showing others how to do the same by reclaiming their health and vitality.

Through my training in herbal medicine, functional nutrition, and Ayurveda, under the mentorship of Karta Purkh Singh Khalsa, one of the most respected herbalists in the field, I’ve dedicated my work to guiding people back to resilience, empowerment, and ease. Not just so they can feel better, but so they can show up fully present, grounded, and capable—for themselves, for their loved ones, and for the world around them.

Because when we learn to care for ourselves, we become better stewards of everything we touch.

This isn’t about chasing peak performance or quick fixes—it’s about finding a way to live that feels lighter, freer, and more sustainable. A way of moving through life where you don’t have to push so hard just to get through the day.

If you’ve forgotten what it feels like to wake up rested, to move without pain, or to feel clear and present in your own life—there’s another way forward.

Let’s find it together.
