“Blending the wisdom of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Western Herbalism, I help people reclaim their strength, resilience, and vitality—so they can show up fully for themselves, their work, and the world around them.”

Introduction

Hi, I’m Lila.

I spent years feeling unwell—living in a body that didn’t feel like home. Chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, menstrual irregularities, weight struggles, and adrenal burnout were part of my daily life. I kept looking for the magic fix… something to finally make me feel better.

But the system let me down. Conflicting advice, quick fixes, and symptom-chasing left me more confused and exhausted than before. It wasn’t until I started digging into root-cause healing that everything changed. My personal health challenges led me into the world of clinical herbalism, functional nutrition, and Ayurveda—and ultimately into a completely new relationship with my body, my mind, and my soul.

Now, I feel good in my body. And I help others do the same.

My Approach

I believe the CARE needs to be put back into healthcare—and that individualized healing is the only path to true relief.

There are three foundational truths that guide my work:

  1. We Are All Unique
Even if two people have the same symptom or diagnosis, how it shows up in their body, mind, and life will be different. Honoring that uniqueness is the first step to true healing.

  2. Everything Is Connected
No system in the body functions in isolation. When we only look at one part of the picture, we miss the opportunity to heal the real issue.

  3. It All Matters
The food we eat, the thoughts we think, the way we live—it all influences our health. The missing piece for many people is being guided to make changes that honor that truth.

I blend modern science with ancient systems to help people feel good in their bodies again—naturally, deeply, and sustainably.

How I Work

🌿 Clinical Herbalism

As a clinical herbalist, I use plant medicine to support chronic and complex conditions in a deeply personalized way. I’ve trained in planetary herbalism, which brings together three powerful traditions: Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and Western Herbalism.

What makes this approach effective is how I practice: I work energetically. That doesn’t mean “woo”—it means honoring the state of imbalance. If your system is too hot, we cool it. Too dry, we moisten. This is real, rooted clinical work that’s based in tradition and results.

Herbs are powerful—when used properly. I use strategic dosing, proper preparation, and energetics to make sure the herbs actually do what they’re intended to do. It’s not about trendy teas—it’s about transformation.

🥣 Functional Nutrition

I don’t subscribe to one-size-fits-all diets. Food isn’t good or bad—it’s context-dependent. What works for one body might not work for another.

In my work, I look at more than just what you’re eating—I look at whether your body can actually use the food you’re giving it. That’s where so many protocols fall short. Nutrition is only effective when it’s matched to the person, not the trend.

🌀 Ayurveda

Ayurveda is the mother of all medicine—the longest continuously practiced, fully developed medical system on Earth. It honors the connection between mind, body, and soul, and reminds us that health and happiness are our birthright.

This system isn’t just about treatment—it’s about helping you live your best life, in rhythm with nature and your true self.

Why It Works

The secret sauce is simple:

  1. I honor you—your story, your history, your constitution, and your unique health blueprint.

  2. I use tools that are tried, tested, and transformative—applying them in a way that’s rooted in wisdom, not guesswork.

And just as important—I teach as I go. This is about empowering you, not making you dependent on me. True healing means walking away with clarity, confidence, and tools that stick for life.
